Where we make a difference is in our approach to solving the Supply Chain Jigsaw. Most consultant organizations provide knowledge and tools but lack in providing application and implementation support. Often the organizational preparedness for the solution provided is overlooked.   We would be working with teams across diverse functions and various levels and evolve a Supply Chain roadmap that would ensure seamless implementation of Supply Chain best practices.
